The Volvo Road institute ® offers 25 asphalt, paving, and compactor training courses over a 9-month period each year. Attendees range from paving crew personnel and supervisors to state highway administrators and asphalt production professionals.

All ranges of knowledge and need come together to learn not only to operate relevant construction equipment but to be educated on innovative paving practices and to recognize common problems that occur on paving jobs plus how to correct these problems.
