Recently a homeowner walked into a rental store to rent a tile saw for a small project at his house.  The rental associate behind the counter gave him a tile saw and he took it home to begin his weekend project.  After a few cuts of the tile, the blade of the saw broke immediately and sure enough it was the wrong piece of equipment to fit the particular job.  After three trips back and forth to the rental store, he finally was fitted for the right piece of equipment for his 'small' time application. 

Needless to say, the customer, in this case a homeowner, should not be the one asking the questions about his job...RIGHT?
