I’d use a skid steer or otherwise called a skid loader.  Skid steers are terrific pieces of equipment that can be used for various different applications.   Snow plowing is one.   These machines can push, load or move snow. There are a wide range of attachments for the skid steer so make sure that you rent the proper ones for what you hope to accomplish.  

Skid steers also come in smaller sizes than other equipment so you will be able to maneuver easily in the parking lot.  And on the colder days – you’ll appreciate an enclosed cab.
