An excavator is another workhorse in the construction industry, the related attachments available for these machines bring versatility to the job site and productivity is never a question.

We carry a class of excavator referred to as compact or mini excavators. These machines have a digging depth starting at 7’ and weighing 3900lbs to 13’ digging depth and weighing 18,000lbs. These compact units are ideal for smaller jobs without sacrificing productivity.

The large high production excavators start with digging depths starting at 18’ weighing 30,000lbs to 22’ digging depth weighing 54,000lbs.

Available attachments include a large selection of dirt buckets, including rock buckets, hydraulic hammer, thumbs, and post hole augers.

VOLVO RENTS EXPANDS FOOTPRINT IN TURLOCK, CALIFORNIA

Volvo Rents recently opened a new rental center in Turlock, California increasing its statewide total to 14 rental centers. The move comes on the heels of a forecast by economists at IHS Global Insight that says California will lead the pack in a nationwide construction recovery through 2016. According to IHS stats, California will have the most construction dollars spent ($723 billion); will have the largest gain in yearly spending dollars ($76.40 billion); and have the third highest annual average percentage gain (15.6%). VOLVO RENTS OPENS A FOURTH PENNSYLVANIA STORE

Volvo Rents recently opened a new rental center in Montoursville. That is our fourth rental store in the state of Pennsylvania, joining existing locations in Bristol, Burgettstown and York, Pennsylvania. The decision to open the new office comes on the heels of a recent construction outlook that projects growth for the industry in 2013.
